Part 1

Basic assumptions

•  Following “General business conditions”(named GBC later) determine relations during selling goods, software or services to any client.

Part 2

Price, payment conditions, payment terms

1. All listed prices do not include VAT. For better orientation, it is possible to see the final price already including V.A.T (for selling on Czech and EU market). In is necessary to contact GALI-3D for all prices not directly listed on the WWW shop. Typically we do not give prices that depend on exchange rates or client specifications.

2. Sales are based on an order created by the client in the WWW shop. The order must contain following information:

• Buyer identification (based on filling the order form),
• Required number of given proper pieces
• Proper identification (based on our codes)
• Required method of payment and method of delivery (exception are individual condition based on communication with GALI-3D people)
• Price

3. The buyer is obligated to pay the stated price.

4. Acceptable methods of payment (valid for International delivery):

a) Direct payment by Western Union service to the GALI-3D representative.

b) Wired bank money transfer.

5. For orders of goods not listed as “in stock”, the standard time of delivery in this GBP is not valid. Such good will be delivered when they are available in the stock.

All listed prices are for information only. Prices are subject to change. In this situation we will inform the client by E-mail or by phone. We will wait until the client express his agreement with modified pricing before proceeding with the order. Without any client response, the order will be canceled.

Part 3

Transport and shipping conditions (valid for international delivery)

1. Standard shipping is done by FedEx.

2. Price for shipping will be given individually based on delivery address.

3. Other methods of shipping are available. Please consult with GALI-3D.

4. We usually ship the goods within 1-4 working days. We will inform the by E-mail buyer when the good is eventually out of stock.

Information about goods

1. Some of the listed information is based on data from a primary producer. We cannot be fully responsible for the information validity. All photos are only illustrative and the final product can look a bit different.

Part 6

Buying agreement repudiation

Repudiation is possible only for goods not personally withdrawn by the client.

Based on Czech law rule 367/2000 repudiation is possible in 14 days from the good delivery. It is necessary to follow these points:

• Let us know the number of order, date of order and contact or bank account number for money return.
• Send the good to our address.
• The goods must be in the original packing. The packing must not be damaged.
• The goods must not be used.
• The goods must not be damaged..
• The goods must be complete (including accessories, manual e.t.c.).
• You must send us documents related to purchase as well.
• We suggest you send by the help of deducible service. The sender is responsible for the proper delivery of the goods.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will return you the money during 14 working days from the receipt of the returned goods. If any of the conditions listed above are not satisfied, it will be impossible to accept order cancellation. In this case the goods will be returned to the purchaser and we will charge you the goods return cost.

Final assignations

1. The listed GBC are valid for all orders made from GALI-3D from the day of proclamation.

2. In dependence on the changes in law and in GALI-3D Inc. marketing strategy, these conditions are subject to change. Such changes will be immediately listed on GALI-3D Inc. WWW in the General business conditions section.
